Foamy Style Luna Lovegood

I was making my brother a Get Well card (at 2am of course!), and he's a big Foamy fan, so I made a Foamy version of my brother. While looking at the site for reference (and fun, creamy cheesey cheesey creamy cheese...), I kind of thought, "Dang, the way everyone draws Luna Lovegood's eyes makes it look like she's from Ill Will Press... Ideabox!" Then I drew this.

So it's Luna Lovegood, Ill Will Press style. And because I love him, Foamy is on Luna's copy of "The Quibbler".

Done in Microns and Prismacolor markers.
