I did this back in April in my little sketchbook while sitting with Mom-Mom in the hospital. I never use the little thing, so I forgot all about this picture...
It's just a character sketch of Millicent Bulstrode. I kinda envisioned her a little manly, but (as you can see by the lipstick) she does want to be girly. She can't help it if she's scary. Though she can help that she's a bully, but eh. I think she just wants to fit in, and in Slytherin, that means being a douche. So kudos to her for fitting in... I guess.
