Things are getting closer to normal, though not completely. I'm working on important stuff, but I am trying to practice colouring styles before I put ink to paper. This is practice on the blending of markers, to get closer to a watercolour look.
This is also practice on a different style of drawing people... I thought this style would go well with this character...
This is Santa, from Tori Amos' American Doll Posse. She's the super sexy fashion designer. I tried to make it NOT look like Tori, since they are supposed to be different characters.
Very simple in style and colouring (Which sadly was a bit sloppy, had trouble controlling the bleed and keeping the blur... Eep!), hope to use this style a little more and perfect it.
Done in Microns and Prismacolor markers.
